I. Product Quality & Delivery Guarantee

1.Warranty Period is Under normal operating conditions, the warranty period for the fan unit is 12 months from the date of delivery. During the warranty period, free repair services will be provided for faults not caused by human factors. However, the customer needs to pay the engineer's travel expenses (including round-trip airfare, accommodation, meals, etc.).

 

2.Delivery Commitment: We ensure that the fan units will be delivered strictly according to the period stipulated in the contract.

II. Technical Documentation Delivery

Document Delivery: Within one week after the contract signed, we will provide the fan's outline dimension drawing and foundation requirements drawing. Upon shipment of the equipment, a complete set of technical documents, including the operation manual, maintenance guide, and service manual, will be sent along with the shipment.

Technical Services & After-Sales Support

Within Warranty Period: Upon receiving an inquiry, we will respond and provide answers within 2 hours, offering remote technical guidance. If the issue requires on-site handling, we can dispatch an engineer to provide guidance and offer free training for the customer's operation and maintenance personnel. The customer needs to pay for the engineer's travel expenses (including round-trip airfare, accommodation, meals).

After Warranty Period: We continue to provide technical consultation support and remote technical guidance with a 2-hour response time. If dispatching an engineer on-site is necessary, in addition to paying the actual travel expenses, the customer is required to pay a technical service fee at the rate of 200-300 USD per day.
